A pocket-sized kakeibo that reads your PayPay CSV

ぽけいぼ ・ 家計簿アプリ

Pokeibo turns your monthly PayPay Card statement into a quiet, organized kakeibo. Import once a month, review where the yen went, and put the phone down.

01 · Why Pokeibo

Three things, done quietly.

Most budget apps shout. Pokeibo whispers — one import, one review, no streaks to break.

Built around the CSV

PayPay Card lets you download your monthly statement as a CSV. Pokeibo takes that file and turns it into a kakeibo — categorized, totaled, and ready to read in a few minutes.

~ 3 minutes per month

Your data stays here

Transactions never leave your device. No accounts, no servers. Classification happens on the phone in your pocket.

On-device · no telemetry

Quiet by design

No streaks. No badges. No "don't lose your habit!" pings at 11 pm. Miss a month — Pokeibo will still be there when you come back.

No ads · no tracking
02 · A month with Pokeibo

Export. Import. Review.

Three steps, three minutes. Then a month's worth of clarity.

Pokeibo step 1 — export the CSV from PayPay Card
Step 01

Export from PayPay.

Open the PayPay Card app. Tap “請求明細” and select your month, then download the CSV from "明細出力". Once the file is saved to your device, you''re ready to bring it into Pokeibo.

Pokeibo step 2 — pick the CSV, watch it categorize
Step 02

Import into Pokeibo.

One tap to pick the file. Pokeibo reads it — both your direct card purchases and QR payments via PayPayクレジット — normalizes the merchant names (yes, even the half-width-katakana ones), and sorts everything into categories.

Pokeibo step 3 — monthly review with categorized totals
Step 03

Read where the yen went.

Open the monthly view. Convenience stores, restaurants, transport, drugstores — all sorted, all yours. Re-categorize anything that's off; Pokeibo learns and remembers.

03 · Quiet by design

The four things Pokeibo will never do.

The product has a small surface on purpose. Each "no" is a feature.

No streaks

"Don't break your streak!" is a manipulation, not a feature. Miss a month, miss a year — Pokeibo will still be here, with no guilt screen waiting for you.

No notifications

Pokeibo never pings, dings, badges, or chirps. The only reminder is the icon on your home screen.

No accounts, no tracking

There are no servers to log into. Your transactions stay on the phone in your pocket — we never see them. Anonymous crash reports help us fix bugs, and you can turn those off in Settings.

No gamification

No badges for "great saver." No coins to collect. Spending money is already a feeling — Pokeibo just lets you organize it.

04 · Built for life in Japan

Yen, kana, and the quirks of PayPay statements.

Pokeibo is Japanese-first, with English and Chinese for the foreigners who call Japan home. The defaults are tuned for the way PayPay's CSV actually arrives.

毎月の小さな習慣として、家計を整える。

The classic kakeibo (家計簿) — the household ledger our grandparents kept — taught us that money is felt, not optimized. Pokeibo is that ledger, made small enough to fit between an exported file and a cup of tea.

¥
Tabular yen, the right way
All amounts in 円, properly aligned.
Half-width and full-width, sorted
PayPay's CSV is full of セブン-イレブン-style half-width katakana. Pokeibo normalizes it before classifying, so 7-Eleven is 7-Eleven however it's written.
Knows the Japanese merchant landscape
15+ categories tuned for what people actually buy in Japan — conbini, ドラッグストア, 居酒屋, 通信費, 公共料金 — already mapped to hundreds of common merchants.
Three languages, one app
Switch between 日本語, English, and 中文 anytime. Useful for foreign residents and the family members helping them.
05 · Pricing

One subscription, the whole app.
