価格は消費税込みで表示されます。価格は Apple App Store および Google Play の表示に従います。

All prices are inclusive of consumption tax. Prices are displayed according to the App Store and Google Play.

価格以外の必要料金 / Other Necessary Fees

本アプリのご利用には、お客様のご負担にてインターネット通信料金および端末料金が必要となります。

Internet communication fees and device fees required to use the app are the customer’s responsibility.

支払方法 / Payment Methods

Apple App Store または Google Play が定める支払方法に従います。

Payment is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective terms.

  • Apple ID に登録されたお支払い方法（クレジットカード、キャリア決済、Apple Gift Card 等）

  • Google アカウントに登録されたお支払い方法（クレジットカード、キャリア決済、Google Play ギフトコード等）

  • Payment methods registered to your Apple ID (credit card, carrier billing, Apple Gift Card, etc.)
  • Payment methods registered to your Google account (credit card, carrier billing, Google Play gift codes, etc.)

支払時期 / Payment Timing

  • 無料体験期間 / Free trial: お申込みから14日間 / 14 days from sign-up
  • 月額プラン / Monthly plan: 無料体験期間終了後、毎月自動更新時に課金 / Charged at each monthly auto-renewal after the trial ends
  • 年額プラン / Annual plan: 無料体験期間終了後、毎年自動更新時に課金 / Charged at each annual auto-renewal after the trial ends

体験期間終了前にキャンセルされた場合、課金は発生しません。

If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

サービス提供時期 / Service Start Timing

決済完了後、ただちにご利用いただけます。

The service is available immediately after the payment transaction completes.

解約方法 / Cancellation Method

サブスクリプションは、Apple ID または Google アカウントの設定からいつでも解約できます。

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings.

  • iOS: 設定 → [お名前] → サブスクリプション → Pokeibo → サブスクリプションをキャンセル

  • Android: Google Play ストア → メニュー → 定期購入 → Pokeibo → 定期購入を解約

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Pokeibo → Cancel Subscription
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Pokeibo → Cancel Subscription

各課金期間終了の24時間以上前にキャンセルされない場合、自動更新されます。解約は、現在の課金期間の終了をもって有効となります。解約後も、現在の課金期間の満了日までは本アプリをご利用いただけます。

If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the end of a billing period, the subscription will auto-renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can continue using the app until the end of the current billing period.

返品・返金について / Returns and Refunds

本アプリはデジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後の返品はお受けできません。本サービスは特定商取引法上の「通信販売」に該当するため、クーリング・オフ制度の適用はありません。

Due to the nature of digital content, returns are not accepted after the payment transaction completes. This service is a “telecommunications sale” under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and the cooling-off system does not apply.

返金のお申し出は Apple または Google の規定に従い、各社が処理します。OhayoStudio が直接返金を行うことはできません。

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. OhayoStudio cannot process refunds directly.

特別な販売条件 / Special Sale Conditions

無料体験期間は新規お申込み者を対象とし、過去に体験または購入歴のあるお客様には適用されない場合があります。詳細は Apple および Google の規定に従います。

The free trial is intended for new subscribers and may not be available to customers who have previously trialed or subscribed. Details follow Apple’s and Google’s respective rules.
